This family run business commenced in 1911 and now 96 years on continues in the same family, with a reputation built up over the years for QUALITY and SERVICE. The "Guild of Q Butchers" is universally renowned for quality. It's what the Q stands for after all! Quality of the shop, of skills, of service, of product is all part of the equation that sets a Q butcher apart from others in the trade.

Local Scottish produce is the mainstay of the business, for example, specially selected scotch beef, Lamb and Pork from the North-East of Scotland. Fresh Poultry comes from Fife and "Free Range Chickens" when available, from Invernesshire. The business does not purchase any imported meats, apart from Veal, and all meats are fresh and have not therefore been frozen. 

The business is renowned for a large number of mouth watering products and a huge selection of Sausages, Burgers, Pies, Haggis, Black & White Puddings and Cooked Meats all prepared in hygienic conditions in the premises. A large number of our products have won National and International Awards including many Gold and award Diplomas are to be seen on the premises. Lamb, Garlic and Mint Burgers were acclaimed Scotland's Champian Burger recently and the Firm is the current North of Scotland Black Pudding Champian. 

Hotels and Restaurants are supplied; one of which in London has won a best Steak House Award run by The Independent newspaper recently.
