We make all our sausages on the premises using our own recepies. There is a wide variety of gourmet sausages with over 40 varieties to choose from. With so many available we cannot stock all types all the time but rotate the gourmet varieties available on a regular basis. The following are only a few of the tastie sausage recipies available and if there is a special one you particularly wish for your order please give us at least two days notice and we will try to ensure these are available.
